You are probably looking for solutions.

Ironically, most of you probably already aware of the solution.  If not, it can often be found deep inside, in examples, or in nature even if only by metaphor.  And even if you may know the solution chances are you or those around you will resist the solution or needed change — that is to be expected as human nature.

There really are very few entirely new problems.  Instead, problems tend to be developed over time from previous work or non-work for that matter. 

What we have found is that problems and solutions, at their core, come down to the transaction and learning.  We must work (transact) with others, the environment, systems, organizations, in a certain work culture to obtain a desired outcome.  The result, whatever that may be, becomes material to supply learning to those engaged in the activity. 

It is the work of people that matters.  And we as humans, with; malleable memory, desires, beliefs, values, skills, aspirations, emotions, and more apply them in and with imperfect systems, tools, processes, plans, and structures that change all the time.  No wonder there are problems out there.  We manufacture them!

Given this then it makes sense to plan for change, build dynamic and flexible structure, supports the unexpected, and allows for that new thing no one thought of before. This is not to say we don’t want stability in our lives, but rather, to find ways to support change stability — meaning, if one constant is change then stand upon that constancy and create your own working change that creates success now and for the future.

  • Canned answers or solutions are usually a disservice, because we know that everyone is on their own journey and will encounter challenges in different ways and times for different circumstances
  • Sharing what we know from our experience as applied to your situation or similar situations can help your change be better. Even though we may already have traveled the path you are on right now, we are on a journey as well
  • Equipping you (ideas, tools, process, coaching, models, etc.) to be successful on your own without a dependency upon us is the best way to ensure your success
  • Customized and creative / adaptive repurposing of tools, processes, ideas that you may already have might speed your change faster than something entirely new\
  • Almost everything is a reflection of something else and as such solutions right in front of you may be seemingly hidden
  • Almost everything is interconnected and interdependent within systems of systems and solution design requires asking what else is affected or should be supportive
  • Your needs as a client come first. We will endeavor to help you find what is best for you even if it means we refer you to someone else

 

In this site, as it grows over time, you will find tools, processes, methods, ideas, philosophy, information, and more designed to help individuals, teams, organizations, business and your work culture incorporate change in a better way, a working change way, which produces results.

 There many paths to progress. 

They can be clearly marked and easy (rarely); or rugged, steep, difficult and often can take you through new and unforeseen futures.

These paths tend to be situational for you, your team or your organization.  These paths combine and connect to create interdependent change journeys, and these can become complicated as we face what we don’t know.

Working Change LLC offers strategic alignment concepts, tools and methods, from top to bottom, all levels, structurally, procedurally and insights to align individuals, teams and organizations to find and fulfill potential.

It also doesn’t matter where you start … as long as you start.  There is a greater risk in not changing, growing, or learning than facing the fears of the unknown in the new journey.  Take heart.  Others have been down these paths before.
