Mark Jepperson, retired from industry, is a part time consultant, writer, coach and idea gum-ball machine for those with a passion for learning and change that works.

Mark’s career has spanned several disciplines while addressing change initiatives large and small and as such has collected knowledge and experience that facilitates early pattern recognition in organizations and individuals that can speed learning and change.

When you’re ready to make change, Mark says, “I’ve been around the block a few times” and “can make your change … work.” You will no doubt find him outgoing, sociable, informal, collaborative and inclusive of others to find solutions.  He values relationships and the success of others. He’s the person who can move from high concept to applications that get things done.

History

Mark works with leaders, teams, groups and organizations as an agent of change to facilitate performance improvements that produce integrated and aligned results.  These are usually custom solutions involving the right application of tools, processes, methods, structure, work culture and coaching.  He believes success is achieved through the alignment of passion, future-based possibility-thinking, application of the right tools and processes – all in an understanding of work culture.He has served many roles in his 32-year career at Raytheon that included nearly every major change initiatives associated with the decades-long defense consolidations: architect, capital & program planner, business analyst, facilitator, certified Raytheon Six Sigma Expert®, Lean Manufacturing consultant (Shingo Prize® winner), organizational development manager, creator of organizational systems & performance improvement maturity models, and certified Lore executive coach.   Mark also served as chief learning officer (CLO) supporting Missile Systems in Tucson from a corporate position to support and deliver the learning needs of the organization, including: engineering, business, human resources, operations and more. The challenge, both then and today, is “… the strategic alignment of knowledge resources to meet changing business needs by using just-in-time knowledge delivery by a network of people who are recognized as the knowledge source, all inside an ever-changing technical and regulatory environment.”

Mark has a Bachelor of Architecture, an MBA and has received extensive corporate training in change management, coaching, organizational development, WorkStyle Patterns Inventory® and is a retired registered Architect in Arizona.

Mark is currently involved in several writing projects to document and spread integrated and new ideas for individuals, teams and organizations.
